Sheila this morning

Before everyone starts flaming me I just want you all to know that I like Sheila. I think she is pretty and I don't mind her presentations. However here is my question: why does she say quality instead of quantity? It is a quandry to me. And is it just me or has anyone else just pronounces her "S" kind of weird. I think that is called sibelious S. I am not picking on her. Just a few questions. And yes, I do have to much time on my hands. LOL

Did you say that you have the new Philosophy's Super Canvas foundation?
If you do, does yours work ok? I got mine the other day and I cant seem to get it to work that well. I am a BE junkie and I like theirs but I decided to try Philosophys because of the sponge on the jar. I did turn it over and unscrewed it and it still isnt coming out great.

Nice to see you again! My butt has been parked in front of the TV today because of BE! I even skipped out of PT today so I could see the 10AM show! Alas, nothing on there I don't already own (I am becoming MBR in this department).

I do have the supernatural powder and I had the exact same problem. I had to wack it a few dozen times, similar to wacking those wonderful chocolate oranges! I hope that helps and that you don't have a defective container.

Hey, have you used the skin rev stuff? It looks interesting!

I too, like BE. I have been watching it here at work today. I pull up the live show on the computer here. I havent really seen anything new, but I did order the fruit cocktail of eye shadows and blush. $30, wasnt that bad a price for the set.

I may order some more foundation from BE, and just send the Philosophy back. The concept was great, but if it doesnt work, well, it goes back.
God, I hope that I dont get one of those return letters from them, LOL!!!

That was the other thing I was debating on ordering this morning. Those colors looked wonderful. That is cool you can watch at work.

I forgot to tell you that I ended up just opening my supernatural and applying with a brush. The sponge thingy just sort of skeeved me and I have a weird thing about what I use on my face. I don't even use the same pillow cases more than two days in a row and I sleep on silk pillow cases. If you look up "high maintenance" in the dictionary my pixie face will stare back at you!

Hi again, Just got home from work, finally! It was a long long day at it rained and rained. I was never so happy to get home as I was today.

Yes I do watch at work, and I am as discreet as I can be, while I am watching.

I did that this morning, I just used one of of BE brushes to use it. I think though, I like the BE better than I do the Philosophy.

WEll, gotta run, and make dinner.

Your weather sounds as hideous as ours. We have such blowing winds that they JUST issued an alert now, after all day of this! Me and my tiny toy car were almost blown off of a bridge. I was hanging onto the steering wheel for dear life!


Lisa and Leslie are so much fun to watch! Patti was almost tolerable this morning and I do have to admit that her make up was very pretty and she was brave enough to have a before and after pic. She is a cute girl, wish someone would step in and help her. We could all use a little bit of that now and then:)

I had the same problem with philosophy supercanves but I realized all I needed to do was wack it hard against the back of my hand several times to get the powder flowing. Now it works great. Sometimes I have to tap into my face to get it going again. I love BE too - but I think this product is great as well. It goes on so fast with the sponge and no swirl, tap, buff etc.

My advice (albeit unsolicited) is to give it a few good wacks!
