What is the full WORM moon?

It is when the green cheese moon goes bad and maggots set in..LMAO...Sorry couldn't resist. Mom just asked me the exact same question as I was reading your post and that is what popped into my head. Yes, I should be examined by a professional!

The Native Americans named it this (they apparently were NOT in frozen Ohio) as this was when the ground finally thawed and the little buggers became active.

If there is one critter in this world that I cannot stand it is worms! I went to a science centered school and would NEVER dream of missing a science class yet I made myself puke so I would NOT have to dissect that most hateful thing.

If you object to cutting up dead critters for the sake of education, you can complete the course with diagrams and computer created images. I would not do the cat and I still passed the class. There is no need for using real animals. We should save them for Ghost...

That was way back in the dark ages, before computers! When I was in High School we had the old faithful Wang (yes that was its name) computer that took up an entire room! We even had wrote papers! How archaic!

I am glad to know that kids have that option, about flippin time. I could NEVER do cats! As everyone knows the love my life is "Sammy Sosa" the steroid Russian Blue. Who knew he took after his namesake in more ways than one? LOL

We just had an article in "The Cleveland Plain Dealer" (fish wrappings) about a guy that works at CWRU in the med/lab research dept. This poor guy's job is to select a rat each day for essentially murder albeit it is under the guise of heart medicine research. Makes me wonder if Ghost is closer than I think!

There are so many responses to that post! In English and Spanish! LOL

I am getting sillier as the minutes tick by, had to have my eyes dilated this morning, it is time for my womanly ways, it is the cusp of a full moon, spending time with my family for the holiday is looming and I need my bikini line waxed....

Yes they were - why do you think they call it the Cuyahoga River???

Hey Hershey! I actually know that one. All goofiness aside for a sec. Cuyhoga means the crooked river. Well back to silliness for a sec it is also the flaming river, the Cleveland version of the Continental Divide and a spot to relieve yourself (well men only, i think) while waiting for the Rapid (what a misnomer) after an INDIANS game...lol

LOL LOL LOL @HHIgirl about the Cuyahoga River.
Burn on, as Randy Newman sang.....

Ever see Major League, the movie? The opening scenes of Cleveland are great and Randy Newman is singing.... However, the stadium in that movie is from Milwaukee. Now I'm really way OT....

Hershey, I grew up in Milwaukee!
So that movie had all sorts of crazy meaning for my family. Being that we live in Cleveland. I had friends in BOTH movies! We are still diehard Brewers fans and all activity stops in my house, my Dad's and my Sister's when the Brew crew is playing! I have been to every spot in BOTH movies! In fact, I even worked for the Indians the first year of Jacob's Field. The best summer of my entire life and pure magic!

PS: Took until today for the "mooniness" to set in here!
