Does anybody have any experience with this TV Retailer?

Can't STAND their presentations....the little turntable drives me crazy! ...but some of their stuff looks....interesting (for lack of a better term).

Anyone know ANYTHING about this channel? I'd never noticed it before....

I know if you call when you see something you are interested in, the operators will give you the price immediately. I hate when they spend 4 minutes dithering before they finally deign to tell you the price - and of course what a great deal they are giving you!

shopalot2 ... I watch Jewelry TV all the time, and have ordered many pieces from them. IMO, it's the best place to get FABULOUS tanzanite stones, regardless of what your price range is.

I agree, I don't love the turn table ... and there are a couple hosts that I just won't watch (Misty and Wendy) but there are amazing deals to be found there!!! Like I've said before, I hate 10k gold, and they have a lot of it ... but they have a lot of 14k and 18k as well.

I bought my husband a 1 carat diamond ring (5 stones) set in 14k white gold, for $599 ... it appraised at $3200. I bought a tanzanite ring (2.5 carat) for $1600 and it appraised for $4900 ... a year ago, so I'm sure it's worth much more now.

Their website is pretty decent too ... so if you just can't get past the turn tables and the hemming/hawing over what the bottom dollar price is ... check it out!

I love to watch this channel--for comedy only! It is priceless when Sharon is on blabbering about her "wealthy" friends. She looks like a reject from the show Dallas!

lol ... Yes, Sharon does like to talk! I don't mind that stuff (kind of reminds me of Lisa Robertson and Madison Avenue), but I do think she is WAY high in what she says the item will appraise for!

I do watch for entertainment also ... the way they get so excited and wiggly in their chairs when they think they have some huge deal for us! lol ... Mandy is the worst offender of this ... and her shouting the price ... ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY NINE DOLLARS AND NINETY NINE CENTS ... lol ... cracks me up!

I can't stand Misty ... her voice, her nails, her tan, her hair, her tight clothes ... bleck ...

Jennifer, Robert, Corey, Dawn and Cheryl are my faves.

Too funny! Sometimes I am worried that one of Misty's buttons is just going to let loose and someone is going to lose an eye! Dawn and Cheryl are good to watch--they get so into their information~Love it when Mandy giggles the price...she laughs between each number like the price is too good to be true!

I too have bought some jewelery from them; however, I thought the quality was terrible. I guess you get what you pay for, a one carat diamond ring for $199 is going not going to look like it came from Tiffany's.


I say buyer beware for this channel.

I agree on the Tiffany's comment ... you do typically get what you pay for. However, you can find great deals on this channel ... I know I have!

I say always avoid any jewelry set in 10k gold ... they aren't going to put good quality diamonds (or higher end gemstones) in 10k gold.
