as I was walking home one day...the traffic was really backed up....I kept walking and found the reason why....a car had pulled up to the curb on the narrow street....I came closer to the car to see if I can call for assistance or something....my eyes opened wide as I saw a young couple engaged in...um...uh....well...compromising positions...*blush................just then a policewoman came up to the car and saw what was happening....the policewoman calmly asked the couple to stop their um...activity...and get dressed....as the couple was dressing the policewoman wrote them a TICKET.....as the officer went back to her car....I couldn't help but ask the couple what the ticket was for.....
the young couple said in unison...
"she gave us a ticket for doing 69 in a 35 mph SPEED ZONE"........................
