Mockers

Hello all,
I'm new to this forum. I was looking for comments from REAL people about QVC and found this! I've been a QVC shopper for about 8 years and, other than buying a couple lamps about 10 years ago, am new to HSN. Here are a few of my observations:
QVC hosts seem more professional. HSN hosts seem sloppy and unorganized in comparison.
I really like how HSN has the Wish List and the rating system for their products. Wish QVC would do the same. All those affirmations that people call in with are of course screened.
I'm getting tired of seeing the same shows on HSN, 2 hours at a time, repeated ad nauseum. They don't seem to have the breadth of products that QVC has.
It must be a cutthroat business. I remember seeing Jackie Kennedy jewelry on HSN. The next time I looked, it is on QVC! And vice versa for the Christopher Radko stuff. All of a sudden he's over at HSN.
HSN things seem pricier. And much more of the clothes is dry-clean only. (A big turn-off for me.) They also have connections with other retailers (like expensive Front Gate and Ballards). QVC seems to prefer exclusivity.
It's hard to find much out about the electronics. Not even a model number most of the time, so you can find out about the product before you blindly order based on what the host says.
Okay, I'm done! Those are the biggies. I'm sure there are more but I would like to see what others have to say.
Thanks for reading!
