Has anyone noticed recently that Jeanne seems larger than usual?
Honestly, the difficulty that she experiences trying to speak while standing is a LITTLE disconcerting.
I have NO problem with larger people, as I am no Kate Moss myself, but she looks like she is barely squeezing into a 6X..
I cannot stand the constant eating on camera as well, I mean, is this not reenforcement of an extremely negative stereotype?!?
Other than that...she is A-OK by me!
:)

speedy......as I was changing the channels I saw food being put on the table and thought, what is going on here?? It's just not right!!
Jeanne seems like a sweet person but she doesn't need to always have food on the table!! Maybe some fresh fruit would be better for her and her Quackers.

Jeanne seems like an absolute sweetie! I guess the whole food bit is to go along w/her "comfortable" style? I've never really noticed til now. I would like her to be happy, but also healthy as well, because she is sooo adorable!
She does crack me up w/that headband. I know there was a thread about that, but just seeing her w/it on is so funny.
And putting JRT on w/her was a BAD BAD choice. I think I was watching for like 4 mins tops, and of course big blabbermouth blabbed a comment about what her mom used to say. WHO CARES! SHUT IT!

I think this thread deserves some sort of an award for "Best Title".......

The title does warrant something! Too funny!
I was flipping last night and saw her, and thought the same thing. She does seem to be getting bigger ... grapes might be a nice alternative to the crap they were munching on!!! Like speedy said ... nothing against heavy people at all (who the heck would want to be a Kate Moss?!?), but smarter choices wouldn't be a bad thing!

Smarter food choices is the way to go. I have nothing against heavy people at all but when you sit with a plate of brownies, cookies or cake in front of you, the blame is on you. I would think she would want to eat better for health reasons. Diabetes heart disease, the list goes on are some serious health risks.

Speedy, I agree, the title is a winner! lol

Love the title, too Speedy. I got kicked off the QVC board for insinuating that being overweight was just as bad as smoking, so I'll just say that I think eating all that junk food on the set is repulsive, as it would be if they had a bunch of smokers there puffing away.

I agree the title is an eye catcher (LOL). I have often wondered why they insist on putting food on the tables also. It doesn't matter what time she is on there is always some type of snack. I'm not tiny, but I wouldn't want america watching me stuff my gut. The headband thing kills me also. Let's send emails and tell them to do bottled water and fruit.....

Hey, speedy, I saw that gaudy snowman vest and thought, who the hell would wear that?!?
I caught the beginning of the show, and right off the bat, JRT is talking about her mother (God rest her soul), and JB is asking where the food is. For heaven's sake, it's 10 p.m. Is a table full of food really necessary?

Did anybody see last night when the outfit Jane was wearing sold out, Jeanne said "they won't make you take it off", and Jane said "I'm sure there are some who wouldn't mind" ... NAKED ELF NAKED ELF ... BLECK! I about puked!

Bee, are you sure Jeanne didn't say, "they won't take you off", to which Jane rightly replied, "I'm sure there are some who wouldn't mind"? :)
I haven't watched any of her shows in a while. I can't take them. I've never ordered any of that stuff and I never will. I do remember her saying once, though, that she has no health problems whatsover. She's just fat. That's hard to believe, that she has no cholesteral, blood pressure, or cardiovascular problems. But hey, you never know.

I just saw Jeanne for a few minutes at the end of her show today (4pm CT it ended), and it struck me like a ton of bricks that she looked ILL. Like she has something really wrong with her. Maybe she knows something that we don't and is eating alot because she has nothing to lose by doing so. Any thoughts ??

I don't watch enough to really know much about her ... nor would I ever wear any of her designs ... but I certainly hope she isn't ill!

She is the sitting poster-woman for the "I give up" gang. I would say walking, but wouldn't want that supposedly healthy ginormous woman to strain herself.
What's up with the food??? Is there anybody else that has food on the set?
And, no fair.... no cooking shows..... you all know what I am talking about.

No, I think she is the only one who has food on the set ... :-(

I'm not a shrink, but I feel like the food is her way of thumbing her nose at anyone who dared to pick on her when she wasn't so successful. Maybe she feels that since she's successful now, she can damn well do as she pleases. Same thing with the headband.
I had some ex-in-laws that were extremely huge like her, and they would bring 3 grocery bags of junk food for an afternoon visit. Now they are suffering with diabetes and gastric bypass and disability.

Last night during the 1:00 a.m. show (11:00 p.m. in Denver) ... Caroline made it a point to say they were munching on APPLES ... lol ... wonder if somebody read our posts and commented to Jeanne!

I just love Jeanne Bice!
Yeah, I know she's ginormous, but don't most of us have someone like that in our lives?
I think she has given up too, and I would think someone who cares about her would try to help her to lose at least 100 lbs. so she will be around to celebrate her next birthday.
The odds certainly are not in her favor for developing some debillatating disease, or just dropping from a massive heart attack. I kinda think it's like smoking though. You know it's killing you, but you can't and you won't stop!
