Well, finally a little "spice" to QVC fashions.....ok I only hope!!

Some of the items look really nice. Thoughts?

I don't know, maybe I'm just a tightwad, but everything seems a tad pricey. Is it because it's better quality or because they could potentially be famous designers?

It's ashame everything was so pricey. But isn't that with all of the fashions from QVC!!

I watched a few mins of it where one designer was presenting her poncho, which didn't look so bad, but it was pricey. I take it these up and coming designers are still getting used to talking on air, bc in this particular segment, Lisa R was doing ALL of the talking. A Yes or No once in while from the designer, and an occasional nod.

I like high end apparel and I don't mind paying for it if it is good. I saw some nice pieces, but since they are new I know nothing about them or the line.
I think I would be a little more inclined to pay for it if they had some history. I guess everyone has a beginning huh.

I didn't see a single thing that I had to have...and yes, they were pricey. I didn't really see anything 'unusal' or any new styles. What's new about a poncho with a scarf or a sweater with fax fur? The only thing I saw that was somewhat unusal was the tan colored coat that looked a bit like a trench coat and it had a leather tie in the front with elastic on either side...designed by a Chinese girl.

If you are referring to the walking coat that sold out, I liked that also. I agree the other stuff was still the same stuff with a little twist.

I didn't watch the show, but I did just check out the website ... you ladies are right, nothing FABULOUS, nothing new or all that original.

Did anybody watch the Bradley Bayou show? A few cute things, but nothing you can't find out at the mall for about the same price.

I watched it Bee, I loved that red suede jacket that zipped up the front. Do you know which one I am talking about. Did NOT like the jacket JRT was wearing.

I'm going to check out the Michael Kors show, with his "special" to QVC items. Let's see if the prices are "special".

I checked the prices of Michael Kors accessories and they are way out of my budget. He's got some cool looking stuff but it's out of my price range. :(

Wow! Everything is selling out! they must only have a few pieces, as the prices are not very affordable (IMO) and selling out even before the presentation.

I think it is funny when they sell out of items before the end of the hour and they just sit there joking how everything sold out.

I didn't watch the Michael Kors show either :-( ... but I certainly hope that QVC is taking note that there is a market for those that want a higher quality product line. The quacker factory and denin & co stuff is fine, but give the viewer a higher quality choice!!! The Designer shows always end early ... let's hope they bring more!
