Did anyone else on the East Coast experience technical difficulties during this morning's hostchat?? It was bizarre...2 different host chats....the first from who knows when (some Yankees guy.....Tom Monahan..in audience along with Gelman's babysitter's family)....and then it kind of melted into today's host chat.....anyone else experience this????

Well, I can't answer that about technical problems, but I have not been able to see the show all week. No electricity here in Florida because of Hurricane Wilma. However, the power came back on late last night--what a blessing! Still thousands of people are without electricity. It was a really nasty and dangerous storm.
I was wondering if I have missed a lot this week and what guests were on, etc. Sure wish I could have seen the day Joy was on. Did she talk about the wedding?
Also, I have been reading some posts trying to figure out the Schully Project. Have a lot of prospects been interviewed on the show and has it been narrowed down to a few? Have lost all connection with what is going on.
Couldn't see today's show, either, because it was pre-empted with After Wilma coverage.

Lillybee..
I only caught part of the day Joy sat in, so I can't fill you in very well.
I do remember her saying she was a bit sad after all the wedding stuff was done. She also mentioned how it goes by so fast and that you are so busy attending your guests that you miss a lot. They did show nice enlarged pics of the wedding.
Sorry I can't fill you in on what guests were on..I usually don't watch after chat :)

LilyBee,
Sorry about your loss of electricity....I know how hard that is....we were without it for 3 days once here. Isn't it just an awesome feeling when those lights finally come back on??

Danielle - Thanks for telling me about the enlarged pics of the wedding, am sure they were really nice! I would have loved to hear Joy talk about the wedding. Yes, I'm sure she is feeling sad after all the preparation and excitement is over. I really hope our TV station will let us see the show on Monday--we have had so many days of nothing but hurricane talk.
Susan - Yes, it was truly amazing when the power was restored; the whole neighborhood was cheering! We don't realize how much our lives depend on electricity until we lose it, do we? I kept trying to switch lights on throughout the house, forgetting they wouldn't come on. It's really eerie when all you can see is total darkness--no street lights, no traffic lights. "Wilma" was a Category 3 when she arrived here, catching a lot of people by surprise who thought it would be a Category 2 or less.
