View Full Version : Foot fetish and my toes... :O

My cat Jeffrey has a foot fetish. I'm not kidding. From the first day we got him, he stared at my feet. I used to be afraid to come down the stairs in the morning, because he would be looking at my feet and then pounce on them!
He's getting better about it, but every once in a while, I catch him looking at them and he still occasionally attacks.
I have to be really careful not to wiggle my toes when he's looking or I'm really in trouble.

LOL what is it about kitties and things that wiggle? It's that tiger instinct in them, I suppose, how they like to pounce on their prey. Your toes are Jeffrey's prey!

Oh, Jas,
I just can't wait to see who this thread brings out of the woodwork. Sigh.
Girls, put your socks on.

Funny how you mention foot and the post becomes very popular.
That's the plan, or I wouldn't even have mentioned it!

My cat is so silly. He loves my feet. I have to be very careful not to wiggle my toes, or he will be on my feet like white on rice!

SuperJazz, you are so baaad you are good.
I once had a cat who attacked my dates, if I brought them into my apartment. He'd hiss and then pounce, claws out and biting. A sweet Himalayan male who never acted like this if I wasn't dressed up and had been out. If I was casual and had a male there, he was fine. He ruined more than a few nice pairs of slacks ... never mine though.
Jealous but intelligent cat, eh?

My daughter's cat gets pissed when he sees a suitcase, and pees on it. He knows it means she is leaving. :(
Now that he has a little brother kitty, he won't be so lonesome.

I don't know what I'm going to do with Jeffrey! He won't stop! Sometimes it's so hard to get by him without getting grabbed that I have to make sure I have shoes on at all times! He has some other cute habits, but we'll save those for another day.

He's just a smart Tom-kitty -- let him play!
BTW: love your Avatar, Jas :)

Thanks, McQ! Her name is SuperJazz!
The bad thing is that sometimes naughty little Jeff sticks his claws out, and scratches the tender skin and it hurts like an SOB! He has a wild streak in him that he can't always control.
