Guys, I was just reading another board, and someone made me laugh so hard I spit out my tobaccy! They referred to Bobbie Ray as a "wrinkled brown leather glove with eyes". Not sayin' I agree. Just sayin' it made me laugh.

As for BRC, her skin looks like shoe leather. To much tanning is not a good thing.

I'm all for thin thighs, but BRC's are about the size of an upper arm. I think she's had a bit more Botox than should be legal, also. Her eyebrows are permanently in the upright position. She has a perpetually surprised look.

She makes Lisa Robertson look like a natural woman :O

I've been watching Bobbie Ray C. for years, and I don't mind her. First of all, I kind of admire how she can still be (or at least act) enthusiastic about her job and the products after all these years doing that job (unlike many of the burned out hosts who have been at QVC since almost the beginning - e.g. Pat James DeM. walking through the motions, Bob B., etc.). Also, she at least is articulate enough to put entire sentences together and seems fairly intelligent, unlike many of the hosts at QVC, esp. the newer ones. I can watch her without any problems. Yes, she is a bit used car salesperson-y but after all, she is a salesperson. Good for her for staying with that job for soooooooo long and still mustering up excitement for the products.

I think she and Shannon Smith have that same kind of personality to muster up that "enthusiasm" for the crap they sell on HSN. Off-air, I do wonder just how personable they are...
