It seems to me that Ultrex is easing a new rep. into the HSN fold. I don't hear any more mention of The Dreaded Art Krull...I'll bet he sold the company.
Personally, I am delightfully surprised to no longer be subjected to Mr.Krull's demeanor, which always struck me as.....icky. He gave off this "neighborhood pervert" vibe which I found so off-putting. I'm not sorry to see him go. He had as much charisma as a carnival barker with impulse-control problems.

A couple of weeks ago I was perusing the channels and saw some cook hawking the Ultrex line... during the presentation it was mentioned that Art is still the owner and manufacturer but that he has always said he is not a cook so he hired this cook to present his items so that they could show the items preparing more elaborate meals.... anothers burning cheese and chocolate wasn't showing the abilities of his cookware LOL.....

LOL on the "neighborhood pervert"!
I just always found him to be a snooze-cruise, so I've always liberally applied the channel changer when I've found him doing his presentations.

The marketing experts at QVC probably told him that he was hurting his own line by presenting it! Probably not a bad product he's just too creepy!

His product is very cheaply made... the set we had had screw on handles which constantly came loose, and the pans were quite flimshy..... and his non stick was not all that great either.... but I am sure some like them but for me I'll stick with the Cooks essential but that's my preference
