If you thought Marie and her dolls were bad......

watch Patty and her bears. She dresses some of them
up like characters she played in movies. She had an Amish bear
that she said looked EXACTLY like the Amish women in Ohio.

Good thing they're not watching!

Oh my, are you serious? That woman is more mental than she's admitted, it seems.

I remember when Annette Funicello was selling bears on QVC. They were bad but she needed to raise money to pay for her MS treatments. Is she still around?

Was Mary Beth selling the bears? I imagine that she would be raving about them and talking about her own huge collection.

C'mon guys! I kinda liked the Amish bear, AND the bunny! I guess there's no accounting for taste is there? Sometimes I hear my taste is only in my mouth, but I like anykind of stuffed critters.

Actually the bears were cute, expensive, but cute! It was just Patty that was acting so goofy! It was Jacque that was presenting them.

Would you pay $65.00 for a teddy bear? They were cute, but I could buy a pair of shoes for that!

It seems as though every over-the-hill TV or movie personality these days is hawking dolls, bears, beauty products or jewelry. Do we actually think these people sit around and design this trash by themselves? Beginning designers do the work and let the stars sign their name (much like a ghost-written "autobiography"). Sorry, not for me...

Thanks! I don't know what it is, but I see this every day from people I work with: Junk is junk, and nobody buys it--UNTIL it has a famous name attached to it. Then people can't seem to find enough good to say about it.
The only celebrity product I ever purchased has been several of Paul Newman's salad dressings (all the profits went to a children's charity, so I figured I had nothing to really lose), but I was surprised to find out how delicious they were!
