Did anyone see the demo of the baking dishes in wrought iron stands? The vendor was talking about how they are naturally non-stick and when she turned one over a big hunk of food stuck to the bottom. I have to give her props, though. She turned it into an opportunity to talk about how easy they were to clean. Fast thinking.
