I don't think Jacque dresses like a man, she does dress like a fat old lady though. She's a young pretty girl with an amazing body, and she always wears these giant shirts and jackets to cover up the fact she's very busty. Since when has that become a bad thing, screw Hollywood and Paris Hilton, not everyone has to look like a 9 year old boy to be attractive.

Jacque may wear suits too often, which in a very offhand way may be manlike, but with her sizable assets, it would be very hard for her to have any resemblence to a man.
