Right now he's showing a Mandarin Garnet, Top Gem World Class, Portugese Oval, 16x13, 13.44 Carats! List $28,350, selling for $12,500! Yowza! That's a little (!) too much for my pocketbook, but DANG! So Fun to look at! Dream Fuel!
When the graphics say "Cut By Sean" that means that Sean cut the gem... duh! Sean is a World Class Lapidary that works for Gemshopping Network.

Mysty, I was not impressed with what I saw. He was selling a green tourmaline ring for $790. I bought a tanzanite ring with diamonds for less than that. Maybe there were some deals that I missed. Most of the prices were way beyond my price range.

I know, their prices are outrageous. It's more eye candy than buy candy... they usually have extremely high end pieces, but it's so much fun just to look at! Kind of like browsing at Tiffanys! I like the format of the show... much more laid back and "interactive" than JTV or any other shopping network, for that matter. I guess that's part of the attraction. Plus, they do show "Zingers" that will knock your socks off and if you call them on the phone and ask for something specific they will talk to you right over the air while you're still on the phone. You should try it sometime! It's something else! I'm glad you went though! What did you think of Marvin? He needs to learn how to whistle! He tries but can't quite pull it off.
I like the auctions. They take a beating on them though, which is good for us! Just now they auctioned off a Rubellite Tourmaline, 7.12 Carats, List $2,850 for $400!

I don't get the channel so I had to watch it on my computer. Mostly I saw the turntable! I prefer Shop NBC for eye candy. Their designs are stunning ... but the prices are still steep.
