Kilo with experience and being in competition with JTV I can safely say that not all networks have a non compete. And if you really knew the hosts most of them will tell you they are tired of not being heard by superiors. Their jobs are very hard...they spend Hours on live tv unscripted and you know what these people on this site need to lighten up ...half of us probably can't do what they do, you don't know what they go through unless you walk in their shoes. A lot goes into them appearing on TV with a smile. From preparation of their items, to what they wear etc etc etc. They are excellent at what they do...I am sure they don't know us on this site personally but I am sure your comments hurt them.

I didnt say that ALL networks have a non-compete......I said it was industry standard. Not all networks follow the "standard". But even with that said....even the smallest local news stations have a non-compete clause.
And I say that with MUCH experience as well.
I dont know about where you work....but hosts are heard by superiors at JTV.
All employees regardless of position rank or status think that their superiors dont listen.....it comes with having a boss no matter where you work.
Trust me.......I know EVERYTING that goes into prep for a show before air.
And yes they are good at what they do.
I really dont understand your last sentence at all though.....my comments have ALWAYS been in defense of show-hosts......period.
And.....some are aware of my posts and are very supportive of my efforts!
