You're showing me jewelry. Lots and lots of jewelry.

But! (Oh yeah, there's always a but.) I want to see a piece from EVERY ANGLE!!! I am NOT going to spring 4 or 500 buckaroos on a piece that I am only shown face-up! Not going to happen!

How is the back finished/unfinished? How narrow is the shank? Is there an undergallery? What is the clasp on a necklace, bracelet or watch? How big is the bail on a pendant/enhancer? What kind of pin pins the pins? See where I'm going with all this?

Discovering at home that a ring is dental floss on my finger tends to make me cranky. A sharp edged, whisker thin gallery tends to make me angry. A bail that won't accomodate my chains is highly aggravating.

In the interest of happier customers, SHOW THE DAMN JEWELRY!!!

I agree 1000%.

GemShopping Network not only shows their pieces from EVERY angle, they also show their gemstones on, not a white turntable, but a mirror! It really helps when you're throwing down major boneage to know in advance what the piece ACTUALLY looks like. I wish JTV would adopt the practice of at least fully showing the item that they're selling. I think more would buy if they did.

Yes, I agree. From the gallery shot you can also see how high the stone sits. Good one!

They only seem to show the underside of rings when they DO have the undergallery, which isn't very often ... mostly the red carpet pieces.

It would be nice to see all sides of everything. ShopNBC is pretty good about doing this. Even QVC does it, especially clasps!

You're selling gemstones. Cut it out with the "mm varies/ctw. may vary"!

Sort the inventory into 6mm-.95ct, 8mm- 2.0ct. and so on. I'm not interested in even considering a stone that MIGHT be 1.5 ct but WOO HOO! (channelling Cheryl) you MIGHT get this one. It weighs 4.96664387ct!!!!! Please!

And the stones that come to you cut flat as pancakes . . . . THROW THEM OUT!!!! Create an item# for $2 grab bags. At the very least, stop letting the hosts pronounce that pancake stones are gem quality material.

Sure, it's not against any laws to describe the stones any way that you choose to. It is, however, very exploitive of your uninformed, less savvy viewers. Just because a thing isn't illegal, doesn't make it right!!!

It's really me. I love to talk . I.e. show hosting but now I have to take time to keep my mouth shut. I have been very busy with my babies, my business and of course the doggie divA Amazing Grace. She is a 2 pd Yorkie. I watched this site for a while and i give praise to Misty who sold beanie babies with for doing what she did. But i watch the qvc board and they are flat mean. I still want to thank you I didn't know if any one would remember me. Paige (my other daughter graduated from u.t and is a d.j. on the largest country station in the nation. The Diva ring was a Red Carpet piece by her friend Buddy, Kim designed it, he built it!

Burnished diamonds are whn they are set right down into the gold. Tiffany's Etoille ring? Do you know that one? @ tiffany.com you can see a pic. This ring of Kim's was wide, though. 3/8 or 1/2 inch. Gorgeous!
