I don't own any of Laura Geller's makeup and I realized why.....all products are so pinky looking!! I go more for a natural, bronze look.
The model's faces all look pink!
Anyone use LG stuff?

They do all look pink, and her makeup reminds me of Adrienne's SCA line on HSN; which also has a bit of a pink theme going on.....
The only product of her's that I've been interested in for awhile has been the Balance & Brighten, but it even looks kind of pink in the picture on the Q's website......Has anyone here tried it? If you have, what are your opinions of it?

Good call with LG being the AA of the QVC.
Lets see what others say who use LG..............
That pink stuff makes them look like clowns. And her spackle, well, at least on me, it made my face very greasy.

I have the Balance and Brighten and it sits in my drawer. Its way too dark for me. And I agree. I don't see a big difference between it and Bronze and Brighten or Blush and Brighten. Just lots of pink or dark skin.

I agree with everyone's comments especially them all looking like CLOWNS!
The cheek sweeps are soooo PINKKKKK
I dont know that much about makeup, being a male as straight as the day is long, but I do know that if L. Gellar and Patti Penguin were both in L.G.'s product line, they both looked a bit on the "cheap" call-girl side than anything else. There's a reason some women wear too much makeup - and we all know why that is. Meanwhile Sharon F. looks very nice, tasteful. But, she always does.

As a woman of color, I seldom see any make up I could/would wear.

Acura, just curious. What makeup lines do you use, whether offered on QVC or not?
The red haired model especially looked like a real clown. The pink makeup on her was horrible!!! I couldn't believe my eyes..........just awful.

Hershey,
I wear Fashion Fair the majority of the time. I also like some of the MK products.

i have a few of LG makeup. the balance and brighten is kind of dark but i live in florida so the color is ok since my skin is tan from the sun....not sun worshipping....just from walking around. however, florida weather and menopause do not do well with balance and brighten. i usually use it when i need some quick make up. one time i was sweating and when i wiped my face, all the makeup ended up on the tissue. i love bare essentuals as a foundation because it doesn't wipe off.

I'm very fair, and her products work pretty well for me. I like the spackle, it's not greasy, but what I really like is the eye and lip spackle, because they're pretty good at holding the eye shadow on and same with the lipstick.
Her eyeliner I just can't handle. It looks like it's easy to apply but I haven't had any luck with it.
Yours truly

I tend to be oily, and I read that Spackle has no oil. Can anyone else tell me what their experience with Spackle has been? I did give in and order it....

I have the same problem with my skin, but I ordered a LG TSV a few months back to try the Spackle, amongst other things. Initially, I liked it. But, I was surprised that for a product that was supposed to have contained no oil, SOMETHING in it sure made my skin look shiny!! I know someone else here mentioned that too.

Shopalot2, I've tried Spackle twice (once was in a kit) and sent it back twice.
It made my face look and feel greasy.

Tried the spackle and it was ok. I don't really care for too much on my face. As far as her make-up no thanks.

I received my spackle yesterday (the new airless pump, super sized jar). Today is my first test ...and I'm not sure I like it. It feels heavy to me.... I've been using glycolic products and my skin has been looking so good....I'm thinking the spackle isn't helping. I'll give it a day or two....

final review...its going back. I just dont like the way spackle makes my face feel. It was a great buy for anyone who likes the product....but i'm afraid it's going to undo all the good my glycolic products have done.
Sorry laura.....
