Yes it is becoming more obvious every day. The woman has a mental problem.
She couldn't stand still and she kept jumping up and down and wringing her hands. She does need help and she also needs to shampoo her hair. Maybe she wants to look as greasy as her husband.

Kelly is neither "stupid" nor "mentally challenged". I have worked with the mentally challenged and don't believe it's a description that should be used describing someone who you don't like on a television program.
