I ask because I am curious if you saw her do one how well you believe she did in it. I don't believe I ever saw Lisa R. be very serious on camera.

I have seen her serious with Suze Orman and also with Anthony Robbins. Granted, they are not on much!

I mean was she convincing and tolerable at being serious or did she come off in your opinion too grim or glum or what?

I've seen her serious on many presentations. Usually with "high end" jewelry.

Lisa R. does have her serious moments. I've seen them many times.

I don't believe the kind of job she has calls for her to be serious. They are trying to sell products to people, they have to bring out their fun side in order to sell the merchandise.

Sorry for this diversion but I've looked elsewhere and searched for an answer in this forum, but, who was the guy from Smashbox that died? Was he the very tall young man that usually wore a loud/bright shirt with his suit? I think he may have been gay as well. Is he the one?

I think Lisa was very serious when she was presenting gold from Italy. I think that is the most serious I have ever seen her. After all, buying and selling gold is some serious business ;-)

lol ... Good one Garnet! Well you know, pronouncing the names of all the gold houses, villas and towns correctly, is OH SO important!

I wish Septa would answer my reply as this is turning into a joke thread which I didn't want it to do.

COMPLETELY SERIOUS NOW.

Lisa has done serious shows. She's done the Suze Orman shows, and does a great job. No jokes, no love love love, just facts, info and her standing back to let Suze do her thing.

When Suze Orman is on Suze don't give any of the hosts time to get a word in.She's more annoying than Patti.

Although Orman is 85% of her own presentations she indeed brings out the serious side of the hosts with her.

I've seen her acting serious many times. Two that come to mind right off the top are when free food is available and when she has a chance to steal the samples used in beauty presentations. Yup. Totally serious.

(And for the record, I have seen her steal an entire Vermont cheddar cheese, Bare Essentuals lipsticks by putting them in LESLIE'S blazer pocket, Touche Eclat and Fran Wilson lipsticks, to name a few.)
