Saw Steve Bryant On Biography / Mike Rowe in PEOPLE

Don't ask me why, but I was watching the A&E show Biography last night when they profiled the life of Ron Popeil. Actually, it was quite interesting.
Anyway, they ran clips of his Showtime Rotisserie infomercial and there was old QVC host Steve Bryant in each clip they showed.
Ron Popeil by the way, is probably now in his early 70's and is married to his fourth wife, a young beauty I think the show said was in her mid-20's when they married. When the show was filmed, they had two daughters, 4 and 6 yrs. old. Ron of course also has grown children, including the daughter who has presented the rotisserie on QVC.

Speaking of former QVC hosts, two or three weeks ago PEOPLE magazine had a photo of former QVC host Mike Rowe from his show on the Discovery channel. It was in the section of the magazine that reviews TV shows. It wasn't a flattering photo; his face was all scrunched up and he was getting dirty. Isn't his show Dirty Jobs or something like that? I've never seen it but have seen posters mention it here.

Yes, Mike Rowe is on Dirty Jobs on the Discovery Channel. It actually is quite an interesting show. He has been featured on Good Morning American several times.

My SO loves Dirty Jobs. I watched it just once on Shark Week on Discovery. (I look forward to Shark Week every year -- I know it's dorky, but I truly do.)

Bryant should have stayed with QVC because doing infomercials is going on the way down as a personality I believe.

I think Mr. Dirty Jobs Mike Roweis a hottie! I love a man that will get his hands dirty. But then again, maybe it's all that artificial insemination episodes that are getting me worked up - all that interaction with animals. No, he's cute and not afraid to work up a sweat.

I watch that show all the time - Dirty Jobs. It's the glorification of the common man just doing job to keep life civil for the rest of us.

I've got a couple dirty jobs I'll pay him to do - dirt cheap! Yah - dirty deeds done dirt cheap - send that man my way baby.....

Love,love,love Mike Rowe. I think he is great. He has the best sense of humor. Loved him on QVC, like him even better on Dirty Jobs. He is at his best!
