Doris is on Saturday Night Beauty now with her own line of a natural glow highlighter. It looks terrible. The girls look oily with it on their face, especially Patti. Surprisingly it just sold out. I think she should go back to Fran Wilson products. JMO

Hi princesskv! Is she through with the Fran Wilson line?? I thought that she would've been launching an entire line, not just one product.
I thought it was going to be an entire line also.

It just seemed like too much fanfare, for yet ANOTHER highlighting product. They offer one in every makeup line on the Q, for goodness sakes.

How many did she bring in to sell? Ten?

Not sure if she's going to have more products to offer. I think she brought in 3000 of the H2glo.

Princess - That's $82,500.00 in sales. I wonder Doris's price is to QVC.

I saw Doris present this product for the first time today during Fashion Friday.
I laughed to myself. For years women used face powders to cover up the shine on their faces. That's why my mom used her "compact." Doris' product is a complete 180 degree about face; using your "compact" to put a shine back on you face. LOL LOL. Her product strikes me as very funny.

From what I've seen of this product, I think it sucks. Who wants to look shiny? When Lisa R. was on the other night, her face looked very shiny. I wonder if she had this product on.
Doris doesn't impress me one bit with this product. She should go back to Fran Wilson.

The idea behind these highlighting products is to lighten up the area surrounding a wrinkle, to reduce the "shadowing" effect of a wrinkle, which makes them appear deeper.
Problem is, most all of them have some form of irridescence, and you wind up looking like the tin man if you don't apply it very carefully.

I don't like the matte look. Young skin has some shine/glow to it. However, I don't want to shine like stoplight either, lol.

That compact should last a woman a lifetime. When it's over-used, you can look radioactive. :O

This product is garbage IMO.....I would only use something like that in the evening on the cheekbones & above eyebrows. The Wonder Wand Eye Brightener by Laura Geller is much more subtle, goes on with your finger tip and again, use just a little. It really brightens the face (& eye area of course) for evening!! You achieve a "glowing" look, not a sparkly look.
I tried the H2glo at the Mall of America store. It's a creme, which makes it harder to apply and it's easier to mess up your makeup underneath.

Pebbles - Why, thank you, my dear. Glad I could do it.
Gem - I agree with you on the moved around make up remark. Now, that's just what I need after troweling it on!
