Has anyone received items from this product line? Are they well made, resemble a good piece of 18k gold and relatively substantial in weight?

I saw a bracelet that I liked - J83916 (looks like one I already have that is real 18k gold), but I can't get past the "brass plated" part. I've tried ... I just don't like the plated stuff.
