Why, for the love of Mike, do they even have a web-site? Or forever telling you to shop online????? I have NEVER had an order go through online.

NOT ONCE!!!!!!!

Jackasses.

Now you have to compete with the automated ordering(which I thought some JTV hosts said they would never have because they want you talking to a live person). They simply don't have enough product to go around. The other shopping channels have thousands of an item, while with JTV you are lucky if they have more than a few hundred. The only time they have thousands if it's a real junk piece. They need to have more stuff available.

Oh, yeah! Isn't that a kick? Did they ever go on and on and on and on about the "real live humans answering the phones". Sadly, tuscon', it tells me that they are heading in the direction of 1000's in quantity and even more haphazard quality.

I'm moving on.

Right this moment I'm admiring my latest
- clearance
- 5-pay
- free s&h
- EASY TO ORDER (like falling off a log)
- FABULOUS
diamond and gemstone purchases from ShopNBC.
Ooooo la la! Equal dollars to similar JTV styles and far greater quality.

TPTB at JTV would do well to watch and learn from their competitors.

Fracesca, in my experience ShopNBC is pricier than JTV, but you're right in that the quality is MUCH better. We all know "we get what we pay for". There are the designers who mark their crap up but those (at ShopNBC) are easy to avoid.

JTV typically puts out a 1 carat cluster ring, in 14k for about $299 (10k $199).

ShopNBC has many similar items, more gold weight (undergalleries) for about $100 more. AND, you know their diamonds are better ... they actually tell us what the color and clarity is on their items.

Today IS Diamond day on ShopNBC too! :-)

That's interesting. I've had very few problems shopping online with JTV while I think shopping online with ShopNBC is a pain in the rear. Way too many screens to process through. Also, you have to decline their SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAM on every item.

The other day, I was buying 2 24kt gold items and at checkout they had rounded up every item I had had in my cart at one time (but did not purchase) and added them to my order! You can imagine my surprise when I looked at the total and thought "WTH?". More time required to go back and remove those items.

Typical Kilo response. You would think that someone from JTV would want to take suggestions from customers, pass them along to management and maybe say thank you for the suggestion. Instead Kilo is satisfied that they sell enough volume that losing a few customers here or there doesn't really matter. I wonder if Kilo is typical spokesperson for JTV...I hope for the future of the company that's not the case. No matter how big I don't think it's a good business practice to rest on one's laurels and alienate customers.

I typed 2 lines and you read all that into it.......geesh.
It isnt my job to make sure you are heard......now is it?
It is yours if you have something you believe worth hearing.
This message board is not the place....why dont you use your time more wisely and type a letter and send it to JTV instead?
That would make more sense than whining here.

My opinions and views are mine and mine alone and are not representative of those of JTV, ACN, or SAH.

It is you who are alienating yourself from a buisness.....it is your choice.

No surprise that you showed up to respond. Am I fucking missing something here? Do you own this board? From the day you registered you've been Deputy Fucking Do Right with giving directions on what to post.

Perhaps a letter to corporate is an avenue to take. Including copies of the crap that you spread. Which, like it or not -- accept the fact or deny it -- you do reflect on Jtv.
Badly.

LOL

I bet you're the type to stand and yell at street signs as well.

I never said you could or could not post whatever.....please show me where I tried to regulate or censor anything.....love to see it. If anything I have pointed out some lies and mistruths.....but you still have a right to your opinion regardless......and I to mine.

You just need to realize....you are standing in the middle of the rain.......and pissing on your own feet.

Also.....you will definitely get heard by ranting like an idiot and using profanity.
Keep up the great work! (thumbs up)

(sigh)

Having fun with this Bee? LOL

Now, kilo, I do recall some time ago when another employee of JTV was posting and you threatened to tattle to Muzzy(sp?). Is that not an example of censoring?

No....that is holding someone accountable for spreading poor information about show-hosts and possibly proprietary information.

There is a huge difference in being held accountable for ones actions and cencorship.
