I just saw him (sorry, I can't remember his last name) on the TV Guide Channel and was on the "red carpet" pre-Oscar show having a discussion about the jewelry we could expect to see tonight on The Oscars. He said he would be back later for more. Kind of cool!

Joan and Melissa Rivers are just now coming on. Joan was really funny in the intro. She inserted herself as playing Queen Elizabeth in a scene from the movie. I am not sure, but her face looks extra tight. Maybe a little botox for the Oscars?

Michael said earlier that 99.9 % of the jewels being worn tonight are borrowed. He said the exception tonight is Oprah. What a surprise! LOL!

Sorry to keep posting here. I just needed to say that Joan used some EXTREMELY poor taste (in my opinion) by telling joke after crude joke about Anna Nicole Smith. She targeted her body losing more weight in the last couple of weeks, that she was headed to the morgue where she would do her last spread for Playboy, the fact that no drugs were found in her system--just a lot of SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAM. And she said her relatives were fighting over her estate so they could buy some new tires for their trailers. I think this was something she should have left alone. JMO.

I've gotten to the point where I flip between E! and the TVGuide Channel during the Red Carpet Specials..... It's really hard to keep it on the TVGuide Channel due to Joan and Melissa, at least when Joan is on the Q she's reeled in somewhat.....
