Wouldn't it be fun to meet everybody. I think it would be a blast. I would love to see the people associated with their posting names. I wonder how many could match the name to the face. I am game.....

Sounds like fun...but I think we're probably too spread out over the map to do it...some people would have to pay a fortune for gas, travel fare or rooms...but I'm game, too!

I post in another chat room and four of us are meeting for lunch next month. I think it will be interesting. I have been posting there for about 2 1/2 years
and every now and then I would get a PM saying,"where in the panhandle do you live? "The four of us live between 20-30 miles from each other.

I recently met someone that I've communicated with by phone for 8 yrs. It seemed so strange at first. I told her to go to the pay phone and call me on my cell phone so it would seem more familiar. LOL!

Years back we were going to stay in PA and meet at QVC park. It never happened as Hurricane Katrina hit and a lot of posters were went through hard times.

Then several members of the old gang left the board, stopped posting etc.
