Stop thieves at JTV

Anyone experience recieving an empty box form JTV? well i did, after ordering gemstone parcel special for 75ct at 99.99, customer service somewhat made it right, by refunding my purchase price and 20% off next purchase, but im still annoyed and leary of ordering again!!!!!!

Yikes, that's not good. Kudos for your customer service, but it's hard to buy again after that happens.

opal gurl, just so you know ... this happens frequently on all of the shopping channels. There have been threads about it over on QVC. When everything goes automated (packing, etc.) these types of mistakes are bound to happen. I don't think the company would ever hold back in refunding your money, unless it happens more than once with the same person ... that would seem fishy.
