gold rush merchandise?

Did anyone receive their gold rush purchases yet?
I'm still waiting for a pair of earrings to arrive... The Q used to ship much more quickly than this!

I've ordered a few things from HSN that ship from the seller's factory and have received the items in TWO DAYS (andrew lessman and SSC). I'm not expecting that from QVC, but this seems extra long. Plus, I'm next door to PA!

I cancelled my waitlist order a week after the fact and the status was still "in-process." You are right, you can order from almost anywhere else and get your merchandise faster these days.

I ordered the hammered disc necklace and it arrived last Friday. It does seem to take the Q a long time to ship and even longer to process a return - especially if it goes back to Lancaster. I returned a leather jacket - they got it on the 21st. Here it is the 27th and it has not been processed. I think they do it deliberately just to hold on to the money as long as they can.

Oh, please. Only a six -day difference and part of that a weekend? Given the volume of returns Q gets, and given that the warehouse has to log it in and then it gets processed to your account, I think you are being ridiculously impatient.

Shopalot, I've found that during special events such as a Gold Rush Day or Fashion Day when the Q is unusually busy (I even heard callers say they took the day off of work), it does take a bit longer to get your items. I thnk it's just because of the volume they have to process, more than usual. I've also noticed that you can cancel your order for a longer stretch of time, because the orders do get processed a bit slower than usual.

I think the reason QVC does not acknowledge returns may be that if the purchase was put on a Qcard, by waiting a week or whatever, they can hit you up for another month of interest charges in addition to the 22.9% rip off they normally charge.

Well, I tried to wear it this morning. However, it is so flimsy, it's almost like tinfoil. So - back it goes.
