I like chinese food, my favorites are sesame chicken, chicken fried rice & occasioally an egg roll. I also like pepperoni pizza as well as hamburger pizza, I don't like pizza with much of the other stuff on it. When I go out to steak restaurant, I like to get chopped steak with a baked potato & a soft drink. I like homemade vegetable soup, the way my mother makes it. I also like macaroni & cheese, the way I make it, which is pretty good, I must say. I forgot to mention my favorite seafood, I like perch, flounder & sometimes trout at certain places, with a baked potato. I do like to cook to be honest, I'm not a chef by any means, but I can do a tuna helper easily.

My favorite food to eat is pizza. BBQ steak comes in #2.
I don't like to cook or clean up.

You know what's really pathetic, it's that most of the QVC fans here, MUST not eat food at all, much less cook it. If you can't answer a simple question like this, you must be out of this world mentally.

I love when Granny fixes up them there vittles, a little possum, and some ham hocks for dessert.

I used to love to cook....not so much anymore. But, I LOVE spicy food - the hotter, the better. And I make a mean chocolate cheesecake.

I am once who loves to cook but like most of us ... hate the clean up!

My faves are: linguini with white clam sauce, pizza pizza pizza (thick, chewy crust with extra cheese, mushrooms, black and green olives), a good order of french fries: mushy with a slight crispy outside (ie: Wendy's), my mom's meatloaf with crispy bacon and ketchup both baked on top.

My husband and I are two really different people when it comes to food--he doesn't think anything is a meal without meat and potatoes, I don't eat meat at all. I love to cook, but it's very difficult to juggle both our preferences. When we eat out, we mostly go to Chinese restaurants--I can have all the vegetable and chicken dishes, he gets the beef and pork items.

While we're on the subject of cooking, I'd like to ask for your help. Years ago, the Kraft Food Company had a recipe on its bricks of Philadelphia Cream Cheese for a sardine dip. I have contacted the company, but they have been no help at all--does anyone perhaps have that recipe? It has always been a favorite of my brother, and I'd like to make it for him over the holidays.

Thankss!

I found that too Tooncey.

They had a couple of them I think. I also went to the Kraft site and couldn't find it. They had every OTHER dip in the world...lol

I would like this sardine dip myself.

LOL

I love them, but I imagine a lot of people don't like them.

I also love anchovies. People look at me like I'm crazy!..lol

I also forgot to add about this thread, I love to cook, but baking is my favorite thing to do and I love most foods. I'm usually willing to try anything new...(:

I don't like sardines, but I do like anchovies. There is a restaurant in Chicago and the 'burbs called Carson's Ribs (best ribs in the WORLD), that serves a salad with an anchovy dressing. It is the tastiest dressing ever.

I turn my nose up at anchovies. Just lO.Oking at them makes me creepy, however, when added in cooking and they totally dissolve away but the added flavours to the dish make it all worthwhile :)

I love to cook and do so every night. My husband is a meat and potatoes person. I only eat seafood and sometimes chicken, so it's a good thing I do like to cook.
Favorites are:
lobster
lemon cheesecake
creme brulee
vegatable lasagna

I love seafood. I prefer mild fish, not too fishy. I make a mean crab boil. I don't mind cooking as long as it is appreciated. My husband keeps late hours so we eat out a lot.

For some reason, the meals that take hours to prepare mean nothing around here. If I go in the kitchen and throw something together in 10-15 minutes it is seen as grand!

I like to cook but don't do it often anymore because everyone's on a different schedule in my house. I'm known for my spaghetti, macaroni salad, and macaroni and cheese. My favorite things to eat are chicken fajitas, baked potatoes, salad, veggie pizza. No red meat. I haven't eaten a hamburger or a steak in over 20 years.
