I finally recieved my philosophy super size shower gel and lotion combo from waitlist.... (AFTER THREE MONTHS!). Trouble was, I ordered it on delivery, but it was switched to a one time purchase. The website clearly showed auto delivery before it was sent... but it switched after. NOT HAPPY!
Secondly, today I received the Bare Essentials TSV from Saturday...the golden whatever collection. I received two of one color, totally missing another. AGAIN, not happy! CS said I could either send it back (at my expense) for a refund (they are sold out), or could offer a partial refund ($5.00) for the missing product.
I'm not so anxious to order again in the near future
Any one else having these problems?

Sometimes, if you're not talking to a customer service person who isn't being fair, listen to what she has to say & then say thank you & you'll think about what to do & call back. Then, redial a few minutes later & hopefully, you'll get someone else & explain the situation again & maybe they'll be more willing to work with you.
I've done that a few times before with a few other on-line companies & it sometimes works. A lot of times, it just makes a difference on who the customer service person is. One time, a customer service rep said there's nothing she can do about my situation so I thanked her anyway, but then called back & got someone else & I was able to return the item at no charge & get a new item mailed out.

I haven't had order troubles from QVC...but the ones I've had from HSN and ShopNBC would curl your hair! ShopNBC's customer service is the worst--in fact, there is no support or assistance available to customers at all. You make a purchase at ShopNBC, you're stuck straightening out everything that goes wrong. I've only ordered three items from them, and two were fouled up beyond belief. Never again!

My only problem with QVC lately is they've been shipping TOO QUICKLY. The last two orders I've "thought on" and gone back to cancel, are already marked "shipped" within a couple of hours. I guess it's time to re-think my shopping strategy, at least during the "holidays" when they apparently have extra staff and expedite everything.

i ordered a remote control car that spins and lights up and all this crazy stuff. When it arrived, the box that the car comes in was taped and re-taped and looked worn on the corners. i called cs to complain that the appearance the box was not acceptable as i was giving it as a gift. they said to ship it back and i would be credited the postage and a new one would be sent. I got the new one a week later. The QVC box was not completely taped and the car box was the same---as if they shipped me the same car right back. i called again and complained. they arranged for UPS to pick up the box and returned my funds. i was told QVc has no control over the packaging of the item and that it comes this way from a vender. Q in QVC is QUALITY--why would they even accept a shipment of this quality?
During FFANY i ordered a pair of pumps in size 10. my packing slip clearly said siz 10...they sent me a size 6 shoe! i called and was told they were sold and out and could not be reordered so i had to go to the post office and ship them back-they did credit my postage but still...

With the old QVC if something happened with your order, they bent over backward to keep you happy. I never had CS dissatisfy me. They would sometimes tell you to keep the order( like if a piece was missing but they were not going to be able to get any more of the item to send you a whole new order) but always I got a full and complete refundas well as the shipping reimbursed.
Lately I have had the problem with the packaging like you stated. I too felt the item was a returned or used item that was being shipped out as new. This pissed me off so much I have stopped ordering from Q and am saving a bundle as well as feeling better about my life. I hardly watch anymore. I just don't like the host and the last several hires have been just horrible! I am even growing tired of Jill who was once a favorite. I like Leah but don't get to see her much except an occasional AM style.
I hate Dell computer co. Maybe the new guy running Q was running Dell before. DI\id Biggs go to HSN? Seem like HSN is the new QVC.
