LorI Greiner is Lori Greiner not Lori Grenier!!!

Why in the hell does everyone call Lori Greiner , Lori Grenier,??,, Grenier is NOT how its spelled but the way EVERYONE pronounces it... Grenier is a French name while her actual name Greiner is German , most likely Jewish from her physical appearance,, I cant help but wonder if theyre trying to hide her being Jewish.......

I noticed that the very first time I saw her on TV. I also noticed she never corrected the hosts for pronouncing her name wrong. Then, I thought maybe she was the one who told them to pronounce it differently. Anyway, I thought that was strange, too.

I know! And thank you because these little silly things puzzle me greatly and I am relieved to know I am not alone!!

The other thing that totally drives me UP A WALL is when folks say-

Wah-la! As they try to pronounce voila! Duh folks there is a V there and it is not silent. It is vwah-la for the phonetically seeking.

i agree. i have been calling her greiner (pron. griner) for years... on a side note im not saying shes invented anything tremendous but i do find her particularly attractive, she has a very quiet sexiness about her. she is comfortable in her skin. something lisa r will never be in a million years, and technically lisas prettier...go figure!

I know its probably something she can't help, but a pet peeve of mine is the way Lori Greiner pronounces jewelry! She says, jew-ree. Its a distraction whenever she is on presenting her jewelry boxes.
