chocolate diamonique

hey ladies! what do you think about the chocolate color stones? some of them are very pretty, but i dont feel they are realistic. i have never seen a celeb wearing a huge brown diamond engagement ring. maybe i'm wrong.. they are neat, but i just dont get it. i love the canary color, but the chocolate just doesnt seem right. let me know your thoughts!

I don't like it, but I do like genuine chocolate diamonds. IMO, the diamonique color is just so fake looking, but all of the colors of diamonique look fake to me ... so take that for what it's worth! lol ...

I have never seen a celeb sporting them either sugar_rae.

I have a big chunky brown stone (maybe it is a topaz) ??

But I have only seen small chocolate diamonds in a cluster ring or as a piece. Never a big honkin' one.

yeah i mean i get smoky quartz, as tons of designers use that in their jewelry (judith ripka, etc) and i do enjoy my celeb pictures/gossip from time to time, and i have NEVER seen a brown stone like that. its kind of like everyone who sees it will know it is fake because it's unrealistic. i mean if you own a ton of brown, it might look pretty, dont try to tell people it's real! hehe.. i do <3 the canary colors though. omg, did you guys see the intense yellow stone? talk about fake!!! it hurt my eyes to look at it. i love the design of that ring, but the color is too bright..

Amen, Acura. I like smoky quartz because it looks like a natural stone. I don't think natural chocolate diamonds are attractive - they look like dirt to me.
