Who out there uses the Philosophy products and what do you think of them?

I only use Amazing Grace. The only thing I can say is I love the shower Gel but the Scent doesn't last, so I layer the Shower Gel & the Body lotion & maybe I spritz on some of the spray. Then I can smell it all day & I get a lot of compliments from it. It's a very clean smell. Have tried the other Graces & Falling in Love., but don't like them as well. Wish they would come out with a Powder or Talc in AG.

I forgot to say that I also love the Micro-dermabrasion Pads & use them daily. Really makes a differance in my skin. Takes off all the dry crepey skin on my face & neck.

I only use the shower creams, lotions and perfume in Amazing Grace and Pure Grace.
I am not a big fan of their face care products. However, their foundation is GREAT!!!!
Purity made me break out and the Hope in a Jar gave me milia. I have tried many of their face products and was not pleased with any of them.

I only use Pure Grace, I have the shower gel, body lotion (both in the large pump bottle which I love) and the spray. The scent doesn't linger long, but I do love it. I have tried the facial cleanser, sorry but I forget the name, I hated it. I'll stick to the fragrance.

I like most of the Philosophy products. The cleanser Purity Made Simple works great for me. I don't like When Hope is Not Enough moisturizer - can't stand the smell of it. I also like the eye creams and serums, especially the newest replenishing oil. Amazing Grace and Inner Grace are the fragrances I like but I need to layer them for the scent to last.

Garnet, the Purity made me break out, too. And I tried it twice, just to make sure. I waited a full year plus in between. I do love Amazing Grace and Pure Grace. I use them by themselves and layered with each other.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll just stick to the Bath and Body works products. I really love their "Cherry Blossom" line. (and I'm a big believer in Pro-Active, also - which is one of the few things I still order on a regular basis from the Q)

Hi Garnet & Novalee.
Great to see you guys here.
As far as the Philosophy products, I use the fragrances and not the skin care. It has made me break out and like Novalee, I did try it on several different occasions. Now I use Dr Denese products and I really like those a lot better.

Hi Miss Paula.
I used the Purity a few times also and hated it. I would get these horrible welts and my face would just break out horrible. Right now I am using Arbonne and the Clarisonic which for the money, is worth every penny. I LOVE it!!!!!

Hey Garnet, I have been using the Arbonne anti-aging line for a couple of years now. I do work in serums from different skincare lines, but love their cleanser, toner, bodywash and the shampoo. I have very sensitive skin and it is amazing the difference these gentle products have made. My husband - after 28 years - actually told me he noticed the difference in my below the neck skin after a couple of months of using the Intelligence bodywash. This man does not give compliments often. Lol...I am never using soap on my body again! :-)

Hi Ms Garnet: Good to see you here!
Its good to hear that the Clarisonic is worth the money. Maybe one of these days, I will invest in it... Of course, easy pay would be great!!

I love Philosophy's 3 in 1 shower gels. I've used the Bath & Body Works 3 in 1 line too but Philosophy's is much better. The cinnamon buns is my favorite, but I've never found one of the scents that I didn't like. If you use this as shampoo, add a dime size dollop to your regular shampoo or it will be too thick and you'll be rinsing your hair for quite a while. I've used the Philosophy facial cleanser too, but I like Serious Skin Care's C cleanser better.

I still haven't taken the Philosophy plunge. I wanted to try the TSV, but then I talked myself out of it. Sephora is at my local mall. I need to stop by and check out the Philosophy stuff.

Check out the Philosophy Melon Dacquari lip gloss while you're there. I just bought it last week. Yum! I'm pretty sure they have bath products to match the scent. Our store recently went up on their lip glosses so watch the prices if you buy one. It was $12 on the shelf and scanner, but I remembered seeing it for $10 the week before. I mentioned it to the girl at checkout and about that time I turned around and there were some in the little bins in front of the counter marked $10. The girl didn't give me any problem with the price adjustment even before we noticed the others were cheaper.

If you really love the products by all means pay all the money for them, but dont beleive for one minute the hype christina and co say about them. you do not need all the serums, lotions and creams. I did a skin care course when I got my licence and beleive me they do not work as promised. genetics a big factor and sun damage. use a good sunscreen and baking soda as an exfoliator and the regenerist line is one of the best.
