Monday, Rick was on with Michael O'Connor doing Affinity Diamonds. Rick answered a caller named "Amy". She said she had spoken to Rick before within the last two weeks. They exchanged cutenesses and he said his wife's name is "Amy". I thought he was married to "Mary Ellen" and they have two boys. Have I missed something in the last couple of months??? Does anyone know if Rick got a divorce?

No, Rick is still happily married to Amy and they do have two beautiful sons. I think your memory is playing tricks on you...it happens to the best of us!

I've seen Rick on lately. I really like Rick, but when callers call in to talk with him...have you noticed how much he rushes them off? And also, many times he comes off as making fun of them.

This is just another reason why QVC should cut back on viewers' calls.
Does anyone remember the time Rick took a call from a woman whose dog had just died? The woman started bawling like crazy and Rick showed genuine compassion for her. I couldn't have done that!

He's o.k. I don't really like his style. He comes off too hyper imho. He's always real animated and loud.

"animated and loud"
Maybe those are the qualities that I like in him. You never really know what'll happen next when Rick is hosting.
Of course, his breathtaking good looks don't hurt, either! Sigh!
(I hope my husband doesn't read this!)

I just cannot watch Rick. He's too hyper, loud, comes off as rude to the viewers and I can't stand the way he continually walks up to the camera, makes a statement and then walks back over and over.
He gets on my freakin' nerves and I refuse to watch him.

I keep wondering what Rick's acting career would be like today if he didn't give it up. In his younger years he was doing lots of teen thriller parts. However, he's matured into an incredibly handsome man and I can only imagine what it would be like for him to do a "From Here To Eternity" scene a la Burt Lancaster.

I cannot stand Rick. He's become so shrill and loud. He's beginning to sound like that guy on the infomercials who sells Oxy Clean.
And the other night he was selling those steamer mops and he would not allow the vendor to say one word. She was demonstrating the product and trying to explain what it was doing, and he kept interrupting her, yelling about the product. He's become so annoying.

I think Rick is adorable but totally obnoxious and rude to the callers. He cuts them off in the middle of talking. Sorry Jacinta :)

Last night Rick was looking even more handsome than usual. He was wearing a gray three-buttoned suit that gave him a slight Edwardian look and his hair was styled just a bit differently. It made me think he could make a fortune doing print ads for GQ or any of the men's fashion magazines.
David Venable did a cut-in to promote the Christmas Shoppe he'd be hosting in the following hour and commented on how "dapper" Rick looked. You could tell that Domeier felt a little embarrassed by the comment.

That's one of the qualities I find most endearing about Rick. He mixes it up with the callers. I can't stand the super fakiness of Lisa Mason with the callers and telling everyone to "stay well, dear". It makes me want to puke. Sometimes Rick may come off a little rude or sarcastic, but some of the callers deserve it. Some people don't belong talking on-air and are embarrassing themselves, so he's actually doing them a favor by rushing them off.

Ugh...I cannot stand Rick Domier. I think he's vile, obnoxious, and not at all attractive. I avoid any of his segments; I won't even watch Ripka shows when he hosts.

I don't mind watching Rick as a show host--in my humble opinion, he's a lot easier on the ears than Jane Screechy (oops!) Treacy!

I think that those of us who worship and adore Rick, should form a group known as "The Domeier-ites".

That doesn't exactly roll trippingly off the tongue, Jacinta. How bout we all wear buttons that say, "I Pick Rick," or "Rick Rocks."
Rick SUCKS! He jut made a major GAF dong an onto b4 the present last PIlates show with Lisa. He made mention to "in the kitchen with Bob - A look of teror filled his eyes as he looked mortified- I mean in the kitchen with David , uh , duh . stumble "love you Bob". What an IDIOT! At least he wasn't yelling for a change. I could tell it wa humbling as he knows he is about to be reemed out by the managment! Made me laugh any way. Too bad they can 't do a i hour how with Marlalene everyday. I would not get bored just working out with her. THe payoff is phenomenal.
Will try and tune in for the dip sticks special workout show or whatever it is. He joked he might be shirtless! NO thanks! They could use a hot body 20 something with a cooking background to take over for Bob and do the fitness presentations. Don't like the old farts!

Dear nah,
Say what you want, but Rick has a hot body. An incredibly hot body. Yes, he's getting up in his years, but I think he carries his age well and still is my concept of Adonis. You, however, fit my concept of kitty litter.

47 ... really! I must say he looks great!
Jacinta, did you see him making cookies again this year during the Christmas programming? It was a new one, the kids are getting so big! One must have been sick though (the younger one), cuz he kept sniffling and coughing. I think at one point he even had some yuckies hanging out of his nose, but Rick just kept going. I was talking to my tv ... "wipe his nose already"! lol ...

I missed that. I was way too busy at Christmas to have the TV on! Maybe it'll pop up on YouTube!
Jacinta you need to get TVO or ask your cable co if the have a dv recorder in their cable box. You can also download qvc on your computer and then you can edit Rick video and have a Rickopalooza! You can worship him at your leasure

As my devotion to Rick borders on insanity, it's probably best that I don't go that far.
My husband is a very tolerant man but I don't want to push him to the breaking point.

Oh yeah! Does America want to see me squeezed into a sequined dress and shimmying like Marilyn Monroe? I have too much respect for Rick to do something like that.
