Are you finding yourself coming down from the pre-election press hysteria? I do miss it a bit, coming home from somewhere and turning on the TV to see the recaps from all the different campaign stops. That's ok....now I can give my full attention to "real" life.

The kids on my bus were very cute "the day after"....they were all abuzz....very emotional time as we pulled up to the school and the kids were greeting each other and high-fiving.

The whole thing is just so wonderful...Obama won the popular vote 53% to 46% - no one has won with that wide a margin in a very long time...Bush didn't...Clinton didn't...it's really something.

Jinh - I know that you and all the others who voted for Obama are wanting everyone to feel as wonderful as you do about his election.

But for those of us who voted for McCain, we are still trying to reconcile the disappointment. It will take a while, but talking and joking about it seems to help when there are others here to commiserate with.

It takes nothing away from Obama's win, and there will be plenty of time for folks to come around if they see that his policies are working.

Just take it all with a grain of salt. You won.............be happy.
