Didn't QVC promise return postage refund?

I thought QVC announced that any returns made during the holidays would also have the return postage refunded. I called QVC and they said that wasn't the case. Bah humbug!!!

no, they don't pay for the shipping back... but they refund the original shipping to your house.

But -- if the product is defective, you can request reimbursement for your out-of-pocket expense returning it. I've done this quite a few times and they've never turned me down.

I always have to call when I want my return shipping paid for because of a QVC error.

QVC sends you a postage paid tag, you just slap it on the return item and bring it to your nearest UPS store.

Sorry, but I heard it mentioned several times. I was shocked but I figured that they were really trying to be accommodating this gift giving season. It sounded like it was just for the Christmas season but it caught my ear more than once.
