One celebrity I think has aged naturally and beautifully is Sally Fields. She looks the same as she always did, except grayer and some wrinkles. But I love that she hasn't done anything drastic like so many stars. Or if she has, you sure can't tell it!

No Sam, Sally Fields was not on the list. I was just remarking that she's one celebrity who I think is still beautiful. It was a remark kind of on the flip side of this thread.

Valerie Bertinelli is another one I think is still really pretty, but she's not that old yet. I think she's still just as adorable as she ever was. But I like perky happy people.

I think Sally Fields looks amazing because she never tried to make herself be something she was not. (Well, that didn't turn out quite the way I meant it to). She was always attractive, but she took care of herself, lived a relatively quiet lifestyle and didn't seem to live the usual Hollywood hype life.

All in all I think the people who do not do plastic surgery age much better. It is great for a while but when it finally all falls down it is pretty tragic. Most of them look very different without make-up but it seems that more and more of them are going out in public without full makeup and we can see the natural person that they are. OMG, I am blabbering again. sorry

You can never go back to looking 35 and I think that's the problem. It's a lot better to look "refreshed" or as if you've been on a long vacation. When they pull either too tight or too often.....the results are never good.

Injections are fine as long as you have the procedure done with a dermatologist. If it's in somebody's garage, big mistake.

It turned me off when I found out YEARS ago that he had liposuction done on his belly. They had a Kenny's Roasters in virginia that sold chicken and I couldn't eat it because Bob said they fried their food in Kenny's belly fat............

Suzanne Somers has always been preoccupied with staying fit and looking young.

But has the former Three’s Company star gone too far?

On an appearance Thursday on "Oprah," Somers, 62, invited cameras into her home to watch her daily routine of hormone injections and supplement popping.

She begins with rubbing a syringe of estrogen on one arm, every day. For two weeks out of the month, she rubs progesterone on the other.

After that, she injects estriol vaginally, which she graciously spared the audience from watching.

But it doesn’t end there.

She can’t start her day without taking 40 pills, 15 of which she downs in a thick, yellow smoothie her husband makes for her (she says it's the secret to their marriage!). Then she ends her day with an additional 20 pills at night before bed.

While she admits the routine makes her seem “like some kind of fanatic,” she says it has helped her beat the “Seven Dwarfs of Menopause: Itchy, B**chy, Sleepy, Sweaty, Bloated, Forgetful and All Dried Up.”

“I wanna be there,” she said, pointing to her head. “Until I’m 110. And I'm going to do what I have to do to get there.”

And she isn't kidding. Somers has also been the spokeswoman for the fitness device ThighMaster, has admitted that she is “not against going under the knife,” and has released several exercise DVDs and books.
