After the break, she did start talking about the Oscars.

Regis just gushed over her. I love the question that the guest cohost asked Barbara....not sure how she phrased it exactly, but she asked Barbara what she does on Oscar night. I didn't realize that Barbara watches her own special with her staff at her home and they stay to watch the Oscars.

the co host was adorable and sweet. I don't know who she is because I tuned in after hostchat, but I like her.

The co-host was Becki Newton from Ugly Betty. She has co-hosted with Reege before. I thought she did a pretty good job.

I thought it was a Babs love fest on Live today. I had to turn it when regis started gushing over her. I personally never found her Oscar specials to be that captivating.

I literally gasped out loud when she informed us that his little doggy died.
