Whether it's the loss stone or a jewelry piece they rarely show the entire gem. If the gem stinks they can hide it with one of there cheap castings and hope the customer doesn't know any better. How often do they show the bottom of a lose gemstone, rarely. If the gem was "all that" like they say wouldn't they not have a problem with showing the whole thing. I have a problem with shareholder owned business but I wonder in this case if the customer would be better off it JTV was sold off to the public, they would have more people holding them accountable and maybe they could get rid of the "good old boy network", everyone of the executives at this company should be fired IMHO. As well as the entire host staff. Starting fresh might be the only way to save this network and give them some kind of credibility.

I wonder how rapidly people clue in to what you have described.
Another really clever trick they use: almost ALWAYS by Tweezer Finger Tommy. The stone will do a quick 1/4 turn revolution and he rapidly flips it over as if he is showing you the side of the stone that you haven't seen yet, but all he did was flip it right back to the point where the inclusions aren't obvious
He has been doing this -- by my estimation - since 2003 or whenever it was that the management and substantially changed. That's the first time I noticed it.
The rest of them don't handle the flip as fast

I think it's my other favorite when Scott and Dawn say: we only sell nonincluded goods and what I am looking is such crap and so included I wonder what planet they just fell from.

They have been d

I've also heard hosts say that some stones are more valuable with inclusions, like emeralds. So they want customer to actually think these green gems that are plastered with black spots all over them are quality material. It's amazing how many lies they can come up with.

I can hardly believe it. They blatantly lied and said emeralds are more valuable w inclusions.

Despicable.
Again, if someone hears this said, CALL THE FTC

I did mention this to y'all when Dawn was with Sean selling bixbit... She would not show the back of the stone and I noticed white on the back of the stone waiting for her to show the back of the stone and she would she would keep turning the stone.... but continously talking about how she bought this stone and how she had it in her collection and how rare the stone was... I think Robin you replied by saying it was called "the red emerald"... I'm glad I'm going "cold turkey" from buying anything although I still watch... I don't know if I'm waiting for them to add new host or old host or what I'm watching for... nothing is changing... but I keep watching... Maybe I'm a gluton for punishment
