Is anyone feeling rotten right now?

Everyone around me at work has had the congestion and now I have it.......Anyone else feeling puny? I don't kick things like I used to when I was younger and I work in a school and those little demons cough and sneeze on me all day. It is a wonder I do not feel worse than I do. I did have a flu shot so I think that has helped so far. We had 70 + weather one day last week and the next week 40 so that may explain it.....I used the Zicam nasal swab so maybe I headed off the worst. No one wants to hear me complain so thank you for the opportunity.

Its weird that I just read this post Qvsee, the last hour or so I've been starting to feel like crap...not really sick but like its coming...my daughter and my mom have had that congestion thing, coughing, achey, just feeling rotten in general, and a guy i work with called out sick yesterday with the same thing..I bet I'm getting it..well I hope you start feeling better Q...I hear the Zicam really works but I don't feel like going out for it. I'm going to bed!

I also work in a school and the kids are constantly coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths or noses. As a consequence, I am sick, again. I've been using Zicam and Air Borne and spraying my class with Lysol but nothing seems to help. I'm looking forward to spring and nice weather.

We haven't had the coughing, sneezing, etc. but the intestinal bug.....yuck. It seems to have hit everyone in my area and after the worst is gone, you have no energy for several days.

Then I am in trouble. I have not had much energy since the mid 1990's
