I went to go edit my signature from my profile and did not see an edit button for it, can you not edit your sig now?

The edit signature link is in your control panel, not on your profile page...

On the left hand side along with the edit avatar and other options link...

And you can't be logged in as unregistered...you have to use your registered user name.
