I am so angry with a semi inanimate object, I need an intervention!!!!!!!

And I am so angry that the upholstery trade has evolved much faster than I have, I could just spit!!!!

OK, that helped, LOL...

This electric staple gun is such a wimp, it sucks big time... I was going to order a better one, until I saw the shipping date was up to 3 weeks, so I stuck with this stupid thing...

This new(er) no sew strip needs to be attached. It's metal, and has a "hole" for one arm of the staple or a tack... I tried the tacks and they were a no go, either!!!! The wings on this stupid chair are not that solid, and I have pulled out more staples than I have put in because of "bounce"...

I am now debating on waiting and seeing what Gil says... A stapler run by the air compressor would be a thousand percent better, but that's such a hassle... I know Gil would try to do the job, he's great with wood, but I don't trust him to do something this "delicate", LOL...

This is all compounded because I am so much shorter on patience than I was back in the day - though, I was never that laid back in the first place....

Popping the old thumb hasn't helped my disposition, either!!!!!

ACK....

Time to go do something mindless on RuneScape, I think...

(Happy BD, PJ... I didn't forget after all, LOL... Go figure...)

;0))

I would wait and get Gils input then do it yourself lol...

and you do have patience just to tackle a chair like that Dan did our diningroom chairs which were straight, and it seemed like a lot of picky work to me..

I would just leave the chair alone till you're not frustrated anymore, it take the fun out of the project..I always remember my Mom telling me never to bake if I was in a bad mood or frustrated with what I was baking cuz it would never turn out and she was right

Thanks....

I fixed them...

I ordered the gun I wanted to get two weeks ago... I will proceed when it arrives...

I DID order the new kitchen sink the other day, so we are locked into that project...

Large 16 gauge single bowl stainless.... It's an under mount, but I will install it as an over mount, cause we will not be able to finish the edges of the material of choice sufficiently...

;0))
