Credit Card Co checking to see IF JTV has $ before refunding to my account

I bought an expensive item, long ago, returned & signed for beginning of March, told that it had to go to jeweler to be sure it was what they sent, then told it was at their inspector at JTV? OK, finally showed up a week ago as returned. I just called to find out why hasn't it been refunded, you have that 14 day return policy? Was told it was sent to my credit card company on the 3rd or 4th (I have returned other things, not as expensive from HSN and they are there within a day or two) I asked why it is not posted to my account, that they returned it on 3/4 and she said, we have to be sure that JTV has the money in their account before posting it back to you. Was not THAT much, so, I definitely would say, trouble is definitely brewing and just turned on dawn who is selling 20 million dollars worth of 'stuff' up to 80% off things, OH BOY! I won't buy a thing from them again and wish I had never bought a THING from them ever. BE careful. I wonder IF I am covered if they do NOT have funds to cover my 'not that big' return. Slightly over a thousand, Again, BE careful.

Interesting, I wonder if they are prepairing of worst case, shutting down. As much as I've bagged on JTV I really hope this doesn't happen. More people out of jobs is not good.

I know I'm done with them. Can't really stomach any of the hosts anymore, and the last "parcel" I bought was no better than me going outside and grabbing a handful of gravel out of the driveway.
