View Full Version : Is it my imagination or is "Easy Pay" becoming scarce?

I've always wondered who decides if a product goes on the 'easy pay' plan. Is it QVC and the vendor? Maybe more vendors need the money up front instead of time payments, or maybe QVC pays the vendor outright and then collects the time payments from the customer. I couldn't help noticing lately that a lot of things I would have been interested in with easy pay, were not offered.

I recall the QVC episode of "Celebrity Apprentice" and it was the vendors who decided upon the Easy Pay feature.

I think easy pay is available a lot more that I remember! It is just not available on things you would like! I find when I check things out online there are many things available on easy pay. I actually think there is a lot more available at.com than on air. I don't know who deides but it makes more sense that it would be QVC not the vendor.

I think they cut back on 'Easy Pay' prior to the holidays since during the holidays they offer more items on 'Easy Pay'. I think the cheaper items are more frequently on Easy Pay. The Southwest vendor, Carol, doesn't put much on Easy Pay.
