LOL, Dani. I was proud of Pal...she went cold turkey! I just let them burn out. They're fun though - just take more time than you think they will. What's really crazy is waiting until 6pm to find out what the free ingredient of the day is...one of the highlights of my day...so sad!lol

I have a fair few games going...lol...Dani happened to catch me the other day at 7ish when I have all my games set to tend at that time. My head was spinning...Ingreds to gather...cakes coming out of ovens...Buses to unload...Fish tanks to clean. Then I have Dani making me more confused talking about getting me egg timers and shit. lol

Well, it actually wasn't too bad Jinh :) It helps if you can get other things accomplished that you wouldn't have if you had been playing. The games were definitely fun though :)

As for Facebook itself, I don't miss it. I'm used to the boards here where if you write a post, somebody usually responds. On there, people miss a lot of what goes on because the quizzes push it down. Though I did like the quizzes too, lol

You know it's getting crazy when you're out shopping and stop in a panic and declare, "OMG, my roastbeef at Cafe World is ready......I gotta get home!!!"

I'm glad I got that monkey off my back, lol

I have all my games set for once a day deals...so I do manage to get the house clean and laundry done lol Even time to raise a kitten ..lol...even if he falls asleep laying on the table with his head resting on my arm as he watchs the games. Its so bad I sometimes have to put on the Fish tank game so it will make him go to sleep lol ...SO I can get some housework done without him following me all over the place

Just checking in for a bit. Yeah, I got sucked into the never-ending cycle of games over at Facebook big-time.

I had to quit Farm Town and Farmville.......I just had too many other things going on. I told Zippy that I found myself squeezing in some housework while my games were loading. I was definitely heading for an intervention. lol

I thought about trying the Mafia Wars game but I was afraid that Uncle Nunzio would take it personally and get his sensitive little feelings hurt. lol

Just the graphics alone for the Dragon Slaying game were giving me nightmares. Yikes!

Now I just play a couple of aquarium games, Yoville, Cafe World and Roller Coaster Kingdom. My sis-in-law and my niece play them too, so we sometimes catch up with each other on chat. Of course, in the good old days we would just use that old-fashioned device known as the telephone. ;)

I guess one good thing about being so involved in the games is that I don't have enough time to eat too much chocolate............hey, wait a minute...........this is NOT a good thing. :)

You gotta realize you've crossed some kind of line when you start planning your shopping trips around feeding your cyber fish so you won't find them belly-up, serving pretend meals before they begin to attract flies, getting your cakes out of the oven so your source of income isn't burnt to a crisp and checking in your tour group bookings so they don't get too cranky being stuck in their buses to spend all their money in your amusement park.

Sami, I am resurfacing from the Facebook vacuum. Things at the office have been extremely busy. I've been inspecting lots of vacant apartments, ordering renovations of same and doing follow-up until they're completed. Gives me no time for taking a look here. Today, I was eating a slice of pizza at my desk and decided to take a look here when I came across the thread.

In the evenings, I've been a farmer and was content reaching a level where I could buy stone paths (needed them for the decor of my house). Not too long ago, while watering Zip's, Dani's and PK's flowers, I realized that I should finish the game and I now do sporadic planting to earn enough points to buy me a mansion. I want to be part of the "Housewives of Facebook" and I want a mansion just like theirs.

I resisted other games until I opened my first restaurant. I have two now. The restaurant business is a lot easier and less time consuming then farming (less frustrating too since I don't have to harvest or plow for my friends).

I will say all games are very entertaining and permit our creativity.

I need to come visit here more often as I need more online interaction then avatars.
