Host Divorces

Judy, Dan H., Kathy L., Kim P., Dave K. and who else is divorced? Both Kim and Dave were married when they arrived. Does any one know the deal with them. Kim seems pretty bitter and I read on this board about Dave. He use to talk about his wife/kids frequently when he first arrived and was Kathy's neighbor.

I also didn't know that Kim P. was married before. I kinda assumed she was but hten heard that she was engaged recently. She hasn't been divorced for long, then. What IS the deal? I want to know too. Is it that their fame (LOL) gets in the way and they get an even bigger head and no longer want to be tied down? Wow. I didn't know that all of them were divorced.

All I remember about Kim P. is that when she first was on the air, she said something about her husband being in sales and "today he has a really tough day, he HAS to play golf for his job". Then she proceed to discuss her own golf attempts - guess that game wasn't their common link!

Do you know if LISA ROBERTSON has been married before? Seem like i read some where,that LISA had been married.

I never heard anything about Lisa R being married before. Never heard her make any mention of it. Did I read on this board a few months ago that Jill was engaged but it didn't work out or am I crazy???

Yes, Catsmeow you did read that about Jill. I remember reading something along those lines also. She seems very moody to me. Usually can't stand to watch when she is on, seems like it just kills her to be there, so fake.

Paul Deasey also is divorced and Bob B. was separated then he and Toni reconciled and that is why he wrote the book he ispanhandling on marriage and relationships because what is in the book is what he Toni did to get their
relationship back. I wonder if it is the hours they work or the attitude they get that their marriages brreak up?

I think it is a requirement that you have to have to have at least one divorce to qualify to become a show host for the mighty "Q"...I think the overinflated egos probably have alot to do with the divorce rate with the hosts

I bet the hosts fluctuating schedules plays havoc with their personal lives sometimes. I think someone said on here not too long ago that they are notified only a week or so in advance. I would think it would be hard if you were working a lot of nights or the graveyard shift, if you were married or in a relationship.

Boy, I am going to have to check the board more often. I am learning alot of things I never knew before. Where does everyone get their information. It is sad to hear about all the divorces.

I also wondered if Dan Wheeler a few years ago was having marriage problems. He always talked about his wife and daughters. Then one day his wedding ring was off and for the longest time he never metioned his family. Then later on he had a new wedding ring. Don;t know if he lost his other or what. But for a long time he didn't show any pictures of his girls or wife that he did when we first came with QVC.

Lisa R. is divorced. She was on with Suze Orman years and years ago and said that Suze's book helped her with her finances "after her divorce".
