Has anyone used it? Does it work good? I've always wanted to try it. Thanks! :)

Can't say I ever used it, but I did just purchase a small size of the HSN Serious Skin Care cleanser (sold by the woman who invented it and Sylvestor Stallone's wife). I have combination skin (which is prone to irritation/redness) and will report back.

I have read nothing but good about a certain beauty product, Paula's Choice Blemish Fighting Solution. It's been in all the magazines, and so on. It seems everyone loves it, and also, it doesn't irritate the skin. It's known not to irritate even the most sensitive skin. I hope you give it a chance! ****paulaschoice.com

If you order 4 oz, it's about a 5 month supply, according to MarieClaire.

i've tried it, and it's the only thing that's worked for me. I noticed a difference in about 8 days, and within 3 weeks all my acne but one or two little pimples were gone.

I think it's harsher than they admit, they say its gentle, but in the first week your face is really really dry. About the second week my complexion was really smooth and my pores were smaller... BUT everyone is different...like they say if it doesn't work--send it back :)

Proactive made a huge improvement in my daughter-in-law's skin. She had been to doctors and used everything they prescribed plus anything else she could. Her skin looks amazing now. She has used it for about a year now and is four months pregnant and hasn't had a breakout yet. Swears by it.

I use Retin-A at night (from my dermatologist) and have been battling adult acne for about 5 years (crazy, because I never broke out in high school). I'm a big fan of Paula Begoun's books, so I decided to try her products. The amount you get for the price is outstanding! I got the moisturizer with sunscreen (for oily skin -- avenobenzone is the active ingredient with SPF which is what is recommended for blemish prone skin and hard to find) and her exfoliator -- the 1% BHA which I put on before my moisturizer. I wasn't sure at first but after a couple of weeks my skin looks terrific! I highly recommend to people that they try them. And she has a 60 day money back guarantee. I got them off the website w w w. c o s m e t i c s c o p . c o m

Proactiv is the only acne medicine that I have found that works for me. It did take about 2 months of use to see the full affect. I never had a problem until my late 20's. Went to a dermatologist for years. Tried antibiotics and Retin-A. The Retin-A worked as long as I took it but as soon as I would go off the acne was back. The Benzoyl Peroxide in Proactiv is the only Benzoyl Peroxide that hasn't irritated my skin.

I have been using Proactive for about 2 years now, and it has done wonders for my skin. I had tried the dermatologist route also, but could not stomach the tetrycycline. Proactive is easy to use, and it works for me.
