What happens to the clothes models wear?

Do they get to keep them all? They don't sell them, do they? I mean, they've been worn, if only for a short time. I've always wondered about this, does anyone know?

Do you suppose they end up in the QVC outlet stores?? I've never shopped one so I don't know what kind of merchandise is sold in them.

What about all the clothes ordered, tried on & then returned for some reason or other? Then there is the 30 day return policy to consider, where do those items go? I've only ordered a couple of Denim & Co. items and been pleased with them. However, I have returned jewelry that was not the great quality they rave about. I just have to try on clothes before I purchase and the Q doesn't have much I like in their clothing lines.

During a studio tour, my husband asked this question and they said they keep two of everything in storage for quality assurance purposes. Returned clothing is donated to charity.

I don't know what happens to the clothes. I do know that I will have any pants that Joy, Dorian, Sue, Suzanne, the Ann's, Iko,
Sheila, Karen, the elder Maria, Trina, Lorraine or Monica should peel off thier sweet bodies. Just give them a special Item#.

I have posted this before, but if you read the QVC BB, posters over here have said they received clothes that where very obviously washed and returned. One poster said she got a blouse that "reeked" of perfume, another poster said she got a pair of slacks with a wad of used Kleenex in them, returned them for a new pair and got the same pair back again, Kleenex and all. I got a Diamonique ring that had minute scratches on it from being worn and returned, so I sent it back. If you are curious about this issue, go over to the QVC BB and ask about this you'll get alot of responses. Don't go to the Studio USA Board, they seldom, if ever, say anything negative about QVC.

I'm really surprised that anyone would receive used clothing from QVC. I have been to the QVC outlets and the clothing and products there are definitely used. It amazes me that even for a reduced price people would buy used crafts items. I saw alot of junk at those stores. The jewelry looked okay though.
