Has anyone purchased them and how were they?

I've bought Cooks Essentials about three years ago and have been very happy with them. They are easy to clean and when cooking with them, have found that they cook things evenly--no hot spots, etc. Although I bought them at the local QVC outlet and paid very little for them, I'd easily pay double what they go for on tv. They're worth the money.
I bought the Cooks Essentials and they were OK, but I got the Pampered Chef professional series recently and absolutely love them. They have a lifetinme warranty on them so if anything ever happens to them they will replace them. But they cook so evenly, and they look like brand new. They are as a good as Caphalon. Just my two cents!

Hey everyone! I'm new here. Seems like a nice place. Yes, I have some of the Cooks Essentials and I LOVE it. It cooks really evenly and I am very impressed with it. I would highly reccommend it to anyone who may be thinking of purchasing it. Hope that helps.

I bought a dirt cheap set at Walmart that works just as/good than the CE brand. And it has a lifetime warranty! Besides, who wants to keep kitchen pots and pans that long anyway?

I've been buying Cooks Essentials for years and have been very happy with everything. One hint: SAVE YOUR RECEPITS if you want them to honor their "lifetime guarentee". I had a flat griddle warp out of shape and they said they would exchange it if I could supply them with a receipt (I had bought it so long ago that they didnt have it in their records). I also had an option of writing a letter to them explaining the circumstances, etc, but by that time, I just said "never mind". Other than the poorly designed griddle, I love their cookware and will continue to buy it (and save my recepits) lol
I agree with Troyleslie!! I know many others who say that cookware isn't any better than the cheaper brands that does the same thing. Besides, Macy's is cheaper than QVC, and have much better quality cooware on sale from time to time. Be very careful out there people, and stop helping to pay those show hosts high over-rated salaries.

I love CE! I even like it much better than the very expensive set I had previously. I've been using CE for the last 3 years or so and it has performed every bit as well as promised.

An earlier post mentioned "warping" ... anybody else have this experience? I wonder if it is in the stainless steel sets, rather than the hard anodized. I was thinking about ordering one of the stainless steel 500 sets. Should I refrain?!?

The warped griddle was the baked enamel griddle. I've purchased the hard annodized griddle and have had no trouble with it, nor any hard annodized or stainless steel either...just that one griddle.
