This man Michael L. Sutton, 19 at the time, was convicted at trial for the killing and sentenced to life in prison with no parole possible for 25 years for the murder of Harriet Atkinson on April 25, 1978 in Manchester Township. He remains imprisoned after 20 years for a murder he insist that he did not commit. Now did he do it? or not? Well Sutton got his day in court recently after serving 22 years in prison. A certification was released to Sutton and his lawyer from the prosecutors office of all the evidence the state failed to disclose at the trial, and allot of evidence it was. Sutton went to court and a judge after hearing all this new evidence, decided not to rule on a new trial because he quoted "with any old case", "where you have recanting witness and expert witness who have passed away you have problems". So is he guilty? Has he wasted all his life behind bars for a slaying he did not commit? How many Hurricane are there in prison?. Can a brother get some help? How?
